Tech Support Instructor
Goals:

Provide users with the fundementals they need to use their cell phone, computer or tablet
- Encourage hands-on practice in a safe and guided environment
- Provide simple, step-by-step instructions to foster an environment where members can comfortably ask questions

Ensure information provided is clear and concise
