BINGO Coordinator
Goal:

The Volunteer Bingo Coordinator organizes weekly (Thursdays) bingo activities for participants, creating a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment. This role involves coordinating volunteers, preparing materials, managing event logistics and ensuring bingo sessions run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and oversee bingo events and schedules

Prepare bingo cards, supplies, prizes and other event materials

Schedule and support volunteers assisting with bingo activities

Ensure the activity area is organized, safe and accessible for all participants

Address participant questions and resolve minor issues in a professional manner

Assist with setup and cleanup before and after events

Communicate any concerns, incidents or improvement opportunities to staff
